The piece follows two skier’s journey up the Sea to Sky highway, capturing the essence of traveling, arriving at a lodge, and spending a day on the mountain. Shot in British Columbia, the film highlights how Osprey’s gear supports smooth transitions from car to cabin to ski day.
Osprey needed a story-driven product film that demonstrated the real-world functionality of their winter travel system without becoming a traditional product demo. The challenge was to make the bags feel essential to the skiing experience. Staying durable, streamlined, and intuitive, while preserving a sense of atmosphere, anticipation, and the emotional arc of a ski trip.

The Approach
We framed the film as a visual journey, following a natural progression from road travel to mountain arrival. Clean, observational cinematography emphasized the tactile details of packing, carrying, hauling, and organizing gear, allowing the products to shine through real use. Wide shots of mountain highways paired with intimate lodge moments created a grounded sense of place. By blending purposeful movement, soft winter light, and subtle sound design, the piece conveys how Osprey’s travel system keeps the focus where it belongs—on getting to the mountains with ease.
