A refined campaign film for HAVEN’s collaboration collection with TIlak, highlighting garments designed for motion, resilience, and the transition from winter to spring. Shot on location in British Columbia, the piece blends technical craftsmanship with a contemplative connection to nature and urban life.
HAVEN’s collaboration with Tilak brings together two design philosophies rooted in technical precision and understated utility. The challenge was creating a film that communicated this level of craftsmanship without relying on overt product demos or expected outdoor tropes. We needed to show the capability of the garments in real winter conditions while maintaining HAVEN’s restrained visual identity, balancing performance, atmosphere, and cultural relevance in a way that felt authentic to both brands.

The Approach
We embedded with a crew of snowboarders in the British Columbia backcountry, operating out of a remote hut near Garibaldi Mountain. Using a mix of helicopter drops and snowmobile travel, we placed the collection directly into the terrain it was engineered for. The film leans on real movement and authentic winter travel: loading sleds at sunrise, navigating alpine wind, and descending untracked faces. By pairing these dynamic moments with HAVEN’s quieter visual language, measured pacing, clean compositions, and an emphasis on material detail, we created a piece where technical performance and design clarity coexist. The result is a film that feels both lived-in and elevated: a genuine field test of the HAVEN × Tilak collaboration, presented through a cinematic, restrained lens.
